Fabulous! From the moment I arrived, I was met with the scent of a wood burning fire and the aroma of something wonderful cooking in the air. When you enter Boulder 54 you are taken with the warm and inviting decor, it would appear a lot of thought went in to each detail from the cozy eating areas to the soft lighting. We were seated on the veranda near the roaring fire helping taking the chill off the evening air. We choose the bacon wrapped scallops and ceviche, both were very flavorable, the ceviche was some of the best I have had. I settled on the teriyaki dish and was plesantly surprised by all the fresh flavors from the curly carrots to the cilantro, I would highly recommend this dish. This new restuarant definitely needs to be on the top of your list to try. I will be back!
